Horseradish Wraps

Total Time: 30 Minutes

Makes: 4 Servings

You Need:

  • 2 tbsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 lb beef top sirloin steak
  • 4 8-inch wheat tortillas
  • 3/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 tbsp horseradish
  • 4 cups shredded lettuce
  • 1 tomato, chopped


To Make:

  • Mix together chili powder, oregano, cumin and salt.  Rub mixture into both sides of beef and set aside for 10 minutes.
  • Set oven to broil.  Place beef on rack in broiler pan, broil about 3-4 inches from heat for 15 minutes for medium-well steak.  Turn once.  Cut into approximately 1/8-inch slices.
  • Warm tortillas as directed.  In small bowl, mix sour cream and horseradish.  Spread horseradish mix over each tortilla then top with lettuce, tomato, and beef.
