Makes: 12 Turkey Burgers
- 3lb ground turkey breast
- 2 jalapeno chiles, chopped
- 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 3/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 1/2 cups salsa
- 1 tomato, sliced
- hamburger buns
Pre-Heat Grill. In large bowl, mix ground turkey, jalapenos, shredded cheese, pepper and salsa. Shape mixture into burger patties.
Place burger patties on the grill. Cover grill and cook for approximately 15 minutes, turning once, until thermometer inserted reads 165F.
Server burgers on buns with additional salsa, if desired.
